Along with open hand training, students of the Wu Jao School of Kungfu also receive weapons training. Primarily, students train with the staff. Once students have gained a sufficient level of skill with the staff, however, they are encouraged to train with other weapons, if they so desire. These other weapons include: the long sword, the saber, kali sticks, spear, three section staff, walking cane, and the butterfly knives.
